Nancy Lancaster, VP, CEO
Nancy founded Market Plus in March of 2001. With a Master’s of Business Administration in Marketing, she has an extensive background in recruitment and staffing for administrative placements. By building connections with one of the first quantitative market research companies in the US, it inspired her to develop a qualitative market research company that is adaptable to the client’s research needs. Nancy has developed strong connections with clients and strives to always make herself available to clients and patients; there aren’t many companies where you can pick up the phone and call the CEO directly!
Fun Fact: Nancy is from Cape Cod and LOVES to skydive!
Susan Anderson, Project Manager/ Nurse Recruiter
Sue is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse and has been able to bring these skills to Market Plus as a Project Manager/Nurse Recruiter. Her recruitment specialty areas include healthcare professional recruitment and medical marketing research. Susan has been a key player with management skills like no other. Her nursing degree and years of experience have assisted her in delivering compassionate solutions to the healthcare industry as well as the many patients that have crossed her path. Helping others has always been her number one goal whether in the clinical or administrative settings.
Fun Fact: Susan resides in Massachusetts with her family and friends. Most of her free time is spent with her two children and three grandsons of which are her lifeline.
Simone Sederman, Director of Fulfillment
Simone is our accounting and payroll manager. With her certification in legal and accounting services, Simone’s expertise encompasses all aspects of customer engagement, payroll and panel fulfillment.
Fun Fact: Simone was born and raised in Germany. She now lives on Cape Cod with her husband and two daughters.
Lizabeth Bowen, Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist
Lizabeth has a degree in Business Management and has over 30 years of customer satisfaction experience in areas including pharmaceutical, managed care, and insurance investigation. She is skilled in customer insight, business planning, market research, strategic planning, and business development. Her expertise includes physician and patient recruitment.
Fun Fact: Lizabeth lives in northeast New England with her family and enjoys traveling, time spent with family and friends, and creating custom jewelry.
Sue Morley, Database Manager
Sue keeps our company organized by updating our growing database with new participants and revises information to keep us on top of the latest data. Sue is from Cape Cod, has an Associate’s of Arts, and contributes her outstanding organization, management, and market research skills to our company.
Fun Fact: Sue is a phenomenal cook and gardener!
Lisa Joe, Senior Project & Operations Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Lisa focuses on the more complex physician and patient quantitative and qualitative projects. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Using her skills in time management, communication and multi-tasking, she is am able to handle a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to ensure delivery of expectations in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, as Operations Manager, she strives to continually update and improve our daily processes by implementing new strategies for time/project management as well as more cost-effective tools to improve to our research/recruitment methods.
Fun Fact: Lisa grew up on Cape Cod, enjoys spending time with family, and loves vacationing on the beach!
Tannah O’Brien, Project Manager
As a current nursing student, Tannah enjoys learning about the market research side of healthcare. Tannah works behind the scenes to organize data and market our studies through our Facebook page. Tannah brings new ideas to make our online platforms intriguing and invites patients and clients to pertinent research studies.
Fun Fact: Tannah aims to specialize in pediatric emergency medicine when she finishes nursing school.
Michael Lubash, Regulatory Analyst
Michael is a regulatory analyst. As a recruitment specialist, he is goal oriented, organized, and motivated to schedule our participants for various projects. He has dedicated himself to making sure the Market Plus team runs smoothly. Michael is also a Paramedic/Firefighter and a father of three girls.
Fun Fact: Michael is also the owner of Scape Cod Goats which is a landscape management company done by actual goats!
